We will guarantee that the air in your environment will meet or exceed the
standards set by the I.A.Q. Association, the E.P.A. and the American Lung
Association, the agencies that set the standards for the Air Advice monitoring
reports. For this comprehensive warranty to be in effect you must follow the
prescription written by our Indoor Air Quality Specialist and Air Advice, an
independent air monitoring company. Should your air not meet or exceed the
standards described above, Rx4CleanAir, LLC will do everything necessary to
meet these standards set forth within the guarantee with no additional charges
incurred.

Central Dehumidification with outside air
- With humidity over 60%, allergy triggers such as bacteria, mold and dust mites will thrive. Most homeowners are conscience of temperature and pay little or no attention to Relative Humidity (R/H) which is the health of the home. Your home’s relative humidity should be 45% or less to help keep all allergy triggers at bay. This can only be accomplished through a central dehumidification system in conjunction with your HVAC system. Then we can add filtered outside air into the home to control the R/H and provide good air exchange.
Whole house sanitizing/disinfecting
- In our homes and workplaces, occasionally we do a thorough scrubbing of our living environment; sometimes we call it “Spring cleaning”. Our whole-house sanitizing program is a deep cleaning of everything, including fiber and fabric. With large air scrubbers capturing all particulate matter (99.97%) we shakedown your living environment. The best part, all the cleaning is done without toxic chemicals. Duct Cleaning
- Duct cleaning is a service provided by RX4CleanAir. Before the duct cleaning is scheduled, it should be properly assessed for the following:
- Is the ductwork made out of flex duct or metal?
- Are there trunk lines or distribution boxes and are they made out of metal or fiberboard?
- Ducts must be sealed properly before cleaning to ensure that they will not become dirty after the service is performed. (See the clean air blog on duct cleaning for more detail)
